E-mail communication Extension

The extension will allow whole communication with customers via CRM Active Collab and you will have all infos about project gathered on one place.

With this extension you will have full communication both with co-workers and with customers in one place. Quite simple – as the broadcast commentary can now also send e-mail to an external partner or client.

Just tick the box “Check to send email” and write down the email address of the recipient in the empty field. Recipients may be unlimited, you just need to separated email addresses with comma (example: info@mail.com, support@mail.com, sale@mail.com).

You can add Mail Subject, other way is Ticket title as default Subject when sending mail. All ticket subscribers receive notification when email is send. In ticket is also written Mail ID.

When the recipient will respond to your e-message, you will receive a reply back to the CRM Active Collab, about his reply will be informed all users who are Ticket Subscribers. All so-called e-mail communication is collected under the flap “Emails”
