Redirect To a specific project or project’s tab on login during specific period of time or permanently.
Any user can set up it at his profile. Think only, how many steps you can pass through reaching the specific page at activecollab that you are interested in working on current project during certain period of time! Now you are about to get to the interested tab of any project you are assigned to(tickets, pages, discussions, overview, people, etc) on login setting it up at your profile or gaining this feature to any user if you are administrator.

How it works?
Go to Admin->Roles->System Roles and Edit System category you are interested in. You can switch on or off “can_use_autojoin” parameter. By default it is set to “Yes” to all users.
If you are administrator you can go to People->Choose Company->Choose User and rollover “Options” button where you find RedirectTo Settings. Choose Project and related Tab you want user to be redirected to. Then you need to choose whether you want user to be redirected to on login during specific period of time or Permanently. By Default parameter is set to “Permanently”.
If you want user to be redirected during certain time – choose Start and End dates. During that period user will be redirected automatically on login during the dates you’ve selected. When the end date is passed user will have ordinary login process and go straight to his Dashboard.
Any user can set this up under his profile if he has system rights “can_use_autojoin” set to “Yes” by Admin.
