Hi,

In order to get notified when someone creates a new ticket you'll need to subscribe to RSS feed.

There is no global email notification system. Email notifications are sent only to people subscribed to an object (ticket, page, discussion...).

Is there no way to subscribe to a type of object or to the entire project? What about a way to auto-assign tickets?

We need AC to stop being single project focused and be more Client focused.

If permissions are assigned to a Client, then all Notifications for that Client can be set so people are notified by default, and default permissions can also be set.

Setting the same permissions every time we start a new project is repetitive and time wasting.

Also, the auto-assign function still does not work.

Sorry, auto-assignment or email notification on object creation when user is not selected as a subscriber are not supported at this point. We'll see what we can do about this in the future, but currently RSS (and iCalendar feed to some extent) is the only way to get notified on everything that is happening with the project.

Hi Ilija, it would be appreciated, at least from your Corporate customers, if this could become a focus.

In the corporate environment RSS is not really used. We have standard business tools such as Microsoft Outlook and it's built in Calendar system, and Internet Explorer as standard.
