Dear Ilija and the aC team -
I know you're most likely keeping busy with development on aC, but thought I should mention how difficult it can be to find things in the forums here.
I purchased aC last night and have been installing/setting it up today - there were a couple of things that came up and I tried browsing the forums for some quick community support etc. however I found it is almost impossible to find anything (which is a great shame, there's lots of good info and tips in here I'm sure). The following forum features would make your forums a lot easier to use and more functional:
- Search by Category (ie aC 1.0 or aC 0.7 or aC 1.0>Tips and Tricks etc) **to me this would be the most important first**
- Advanced search options (ie search by user etc)
- Ability to sort results (ie, show most recent posts first, sort by relevancy etc.)
- Ability to 'preview' your post before actually posting
- If you know a bit of code like [ b ], [ url=http.. [ /URL ] etc. (without spaces) users can present clearer posts (if they choose so) but there isn't any format options or info about the tags accepted etc.
I think if you're able to improve the forums with some of the above points it will make aC issues/questions that little bit easier to solve.
Leon.

Great software, especially vB, but we find it really fun to write our own stuff. Plus it's more to this forum than it meet the eye... You need to be administrator to see all the features it has :)
Improvements are already in development and we'll see to push them online as soon as finished and tested.
Thanks

So did you actually create a new forum module for expression engine, or just theme the heck out of it? Either way, good job.

It is incredibly difficult tracking new posts - without a simply "New Posts" button

Please make the 'manage subscriptions' list link to the respective threads, even when subscribed it's hard to find something specific.

Go to "View subscriptions" in your profile - we've made some modifications there and now it should be easier to get around the forum & blog subscriptions.
