I have created a 2 companies A and B., and some users under both the companies. I have added some Groups also, say G1, G2, etc. Now when a user under Company B logs in to the application, He is able to view the list the All the groups. Is there a way this can be avoided?

This is a know bug: http://www.activecollab.com/forums/topic/2227/. We'll have it covered in one of the upcoming releases (fix is already developed, just need to be included in a release).

Fixed in activeCollab 1.0.5.

Thanks a lot. Upgraded to 1.0.5. Solves a lot of confusion.
