Is it possible to get notifications when milestones are about to expire? And are the periods of notifcation (one week before, two days before, both, etc) customizeable?

Ilija, correct me if I'm wrong - but wouldn't it be possible to write that function as plugin?

I already created something that generates reports from the aC db - it wouldn't be that much work to send these out via email regularly using a cronjob using curl. oempro (www.octeth.com) makes great use of this.
