Just a couple of easy questions,
The annual "support and upgrades" fee , is that optional or mandatory ?
If optional, and I choose not to take it - probably because I have decent support staff in-house - what's the (average) fee for an upgrade ?

It is optional.

Upgrades are not provided separately, but together with support on yearly basis. Prices are listed on the Pricing page - $199 for Corporate and $99 for Small Biz version for one year of support and upgrades.
