Mass mailing new users?

I created a bunch of new user accounts and selected "Random Password" and "Don't send introductory message" options. I assigned these users to a particular project. Now I want to notify these users about their account creation and password. Whats is the best way to do this? I did not see any tools that allows me to send them their userid and password (randomly generated). Any suggestions?

You can use Mass Mailer from Administration > Tools to send them an email, but they will need to use Forgot password utility to get their password.

Yeah, thats what I thought would be the best option out.
I am wondering if there is a way to use mass mailing along with an email template? That would be a nice feature to have.

We'll consider this feature in the future, but it is currently not possible.
