Never mind, I see it is 2 MB.
However, it looks like I have something broken then. I'm trying to upload a 120 KB Word file. I wait for about 2 minutes and then it seems to time out and I get "Internet Exporer cannot display the page" with this URL. http://www.pmcollab.com/public/index.php/projects/13/files/add?category_id=
BTW, I'm watching my router and it doesn't look like anything is going.

Max upload size is enforced by your platform, not activeCollab. You can read more about that in this article.

Have you tried with other browser? It may be IE issue. We had similar browser problems reported earlier.
