Hi there. I work for a software development company, and activecollab looks like a really great tool for manging client feature requests, and other things, but having played in the demo environment I have a few questions...

Firstly, is there an easy way to see what tags have been created in each project? I know you can find a tag and click on it to find other related items, but a link to a 'Tags' page, where you could manage tags would be lovely.

I assume that ticket (and discussion) catagories are definable by admins, and seperate for each project, is that right? We'd want say 'Client Requests' 'Developer Requests' and 'Completed' etc for a development project.

Finally, in the demo environment it doesn't look like you can assign a discussion, checklist, or ticket to a milestone properly (it says 'unknown milestone'). I assume the idea is that you look at a milestone and see all related discussions and tasks? I guess this is a quirk of the demo environment?

Thanks in advance for your help

Tags page exists, but there is no Tags tab on project level. Tags functionality was added for compatibility reasons, but not pushed to its full potential (as you might noticed). We'll explore these possibilities in the future, with 1.0 and 1.1 version there were more important things that needed to be addressed.

Every project has its own set of categories. In activeCollab 1.0.x there is no way to define initial set of categories, but we'll have that feature available in activeCollab 1.1.

Yes, there is a problem with milestones in hosted demo. activeCollab you get when you purchase it does not have that type of problem. We'll see what is wrong with the demo.
