Full RSS feeds option

Hi AC team,
Quick FR. It would be useful to have full RSS feeds, especially for Discussions. Right now the RSS feeds only contain a snippet of the Discussion post and not the entire thing. Let me explain why this would be useful.
The actual project may only have 2 or 3 decision makers involved. These decision makers are notified with the email function. But we might have 7-8 other people not directly involved in the project but who are impacted by decisions made in a project. So these other people need to stay informed on the project's progress. Currently the only way for these people to get the full info is to click through to the actual page. That's not hard if there are a small number of projects but if you're monitoring 20-30 projects, this gets cumbersome quickly.
RSS feeds would be a good solution to this. They could subscribe to the project, get notified of everything about the project, and they would not have to actually click through to the project site to obtain all the information. They could simply read it all from the RSS feed and then decide if they need to get involved.
It would be quite the time saver.
