Good Afternoon,
Is it at all possible to reach AC from two seperate domains? This isnt a question of having multiple copies, as it is the same install.
The reasoning behind this is that we have aC online so that our customers and contractors can reach it. However, we need to upload large files. The web server is housed here in the office, so if possible we would like to reach it inhouse from the internal IP address of the server rather than through the internet in order to use the network speed to upload rather than the connection line speed. However, we can not have it just internal our our customers can not reach aC. aC automatcially redirects to the web based one (I assume either licensing or security feature), so we can not use it without having to use the connection speed.
Any solutions?

activeCollab uses only one URL base (defined in config/config.php) to generate all URL-s in the system. System is designed to work that way and there is no easy way around this. You might want to check out URL assembly functions, but hack at your own risk.
