Thank for post Ilija. It works now.
I going to create Czech language, I can share if you want. For Czech it is cs_CZ locale value (I am sure in 90 %) :) I will start with localization after final 1.1. I turned beta 1.1 back to 1.0.6, my designer found a bug (maybe bug) - white screen after trying to add comment. I do not understand because all works fine for me.

Great. Please report all beta bugs, problems and questions to our support portal (as described in first message of this thread).
We'll make sure that members of community can easily share their translations when activeCollab 1.1 gets out of beta.

Can anyone else not add a client to a new project in 1.1 beta 2? We have added two clients. When we go to make a new project and add a client, the dropdown to the right has no clients in it. Thought I'd mention that...

It goes the same for me. It's one of the minor bugs and Ilija said it will be corrected on the final release of 1.1.
Just wait for like 8-10 hours, your new clients will show up on the list when opening a project

If that is the case than it's a caching issue (haven't worked on this bug just yet). Clearing all cch_ files from /cache folder will do the trick.
