Error with my install of 1.0.6 *FIXED*

Everything seemed to go in perfect and set up perfect, but when I try to sign in from the login window I get this:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method DateTime::getTimestamp() in C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\htdocs\pms\environment\classes\dataaccess\DataObject.class.php on line 811

This is activeCollab 0.6 or activeCollab 0.7 code. Error you are experienced is fixed in activeCollab 0.7.1 and was never present in activeCollab 1.0.x
