hi, is it possible to have a timeline of a task and milestones with "date and time"
To the best of my knowledge the current system has timeline reflecting just the date.

Hi,
activeCollab works only with dates and ignores time. If you wish to specify exact time when time is due add it to the task text. Like: "[12:15] Send the invoice"

No, there is no such plugin as far as I know.
