[Fixed]Downloading a document truncates last character of the filename

I uploaded a doc called "draftletter.txt" to a project.
It shows up fine in the database tables.
When I download it, the resulting file is called "draftletter.tx", missing the last character of the filename extension.
The downloaded file is intact. I can add the "t" and make it usable, but the bug is there and is annoying.

Thank you. This is known bug. Whole documents section has been rewritten so this bug will be removed with it (don't worry, there will be an upgrade script to move your files to new system).
