Uploading files on Hosted Demo

Hi:
We are unable to upload files to the demo project. It comes up with "error" message ... not sure what is missing. Appreciate any pointers in this regard. Thanks.

Please let us know what kind of error do you receive when you try to upload files. It should not happened and we'll see to have it fixed ASAP.

Hi:
Thanks for the response. There was nothing no information to give you except for the javascript popup with "error" in the middle. I don't know whether that is useful or not. It is pretty easy to reproduce. We tried 4 times .... always with the same "error" popup.

Hi:
We did more testing on uploads. It seems like there is a limit on size of the files. One file which always fails is of 2.4MB size. We tried smaller files. They uploaded fine. Could you please let us know how we can upload that file? Thanks again for your quick response.

It's problem with our server setup, not activeCollab. By default it limits uploads to 2MB max. We'll have that increased and send out email notification to everyone using hosted demo about this.
