Hm, this is strange. Can you tell me which version of activeCollab are you running and which page are you trying to access. Is it administration panel index (/index)?

It is
http://10.1.1.169/active/public/index.php/admin
And one more thing, now i can't see about tickets in several projects, they are in db although.

That does not help a lot. Can you please tell me what you did? Tried to upgrade to v1.1? Already upgraded to v1.1 and it just broke or?

Pro nbhalla:were you able to get this resolved?
It was couple months ago, but as far I can remember reinstall solved this. The problem was probably in customized code I've made to some parts of AC.

Which version of activeCollab do you have installed (check this article)? Have you recently tried to upgrade to the latest version? admin_tools route was removed in activeCollab 1.1 when administration panel was redesigned so the possible cause of this problem might be that you haven't updated all the necessary files to the latest versions.
