Hi. I'm sure this is very straightforward but can you tell me how to update the 'Owner Company' name with my company name as email alerts have 'owner name' in the from field and as the sign-off (i.e....Best, Owner Company).
From within 'Dashboard/People/Companies' I tried 'Update Information' but did not make any difference.

You can also check Administration > Email templates and Administration > Mailing to tweak email templates and from address.

Thanks Ilija.
It now seems to work fine using the 'Update information' link.
I also noticed that the formating of the date/time do not appear to change even after receiving the "Date and time settings updated" message.

Date and Time settings are also customizable at each user's profile, meaning that each person can use different date and time settings.
So, please check those settings at your profile as well because setting them in Admin panel only means "setting defaults" - which may be overridden by individual user's preferences.
