German translation for aC 1.1 beta 3 download

These. And the mail templates insert the original english text for :object - i.e. ticket, milestone...
...but these are default filters and they should be localizable in some way. I think it would be a nice idea to have that in mind while developing future versions of ac.
BTW: I just received an E-mail notification from our ac-app. The member name in the email's "To:"-header seems to be ISO-encoded, not UTF (it's ok within the body). That's not really a translation-bug but seems to be a localization-problem (post-data while creating a new user).
All german "Umlauts" öäüÖÄÜ are involved.

it seems that there are two places where a string is not localized.
1. Section Discussion: "Start one now" if there are no threads started
2. Section Files/Upload: "Upload one now" if you here are no uploaded files in a project
