Uh-oh:) I'm attempting to upgrade my 1.06 installation and the file that is posted in my profile does not include a directory called upgrade as prescribed in the upgrade instructions. Can we get some kind of alternate instructions?

I get blank pages after upgrading, any suggestions?
Specs are: PHP Version 5.1.6
Apache 2.0 Handler
Upgraded to Corporate a little while ago and that worked fine.
