Smile Timeline integration

There's been a lot of talks about timelines and especially Gant Charts integration into Active Collab.
What about just integrating the timeline described here, http://simile.mit.edu/timeline/ , which is by far the coolest one I've seen on the internet, with a behavior somewhere close to the Google Finance, or Google Maps

It would needs a bit of styling, but looks pretty good functional wise... :)

I've used that in a few projects now and it works really well. Used in a lightbox style overlay it doesn't get in the way. However it doesn't give you a calendar month view which is very useful for project planning, as per the current AC view. Smile is more useful as a gantt chart style interface, but AC doesn't have a concept of estimated time to completion, end dates, etc which would be needed to make this work.
