Can't find dictionary entry

On YOURSITE/projects/3/tickets I want to change items without a specified deadline from "unknown milestone" to something else.
Which dictionary item do I change? I thought it would be the one on the system dictionary but that doesn't seem to do it. I cleared the cache files out already.

Unknown Milestone string is present in multiple dictionaries - tickets, milestones, mobile access.

I have changed it in all three, emptied the cache and it is still showing as "unknown deadline".

"Unknown Deadline"? There is no such phrase in activeCollab.
I've checked all occurrences of that string. They all go through localization system.
