Further to a previous post of being able to add Assignment filters for 'NO due date set' and 'NO person assigned' to help us quickly find any stray jobs that need doing or 'deadlining' - It would also be great to a similar sort of visual feedback in the ticket list - the same way that there is a PRIVATE red spot, you could also have a 'Person' and a 'Calendar' icon - or alternatively the name of the Responsible Assignee and the Due Date in text.
