Hi,
I'm curious to find out how people mark when a Milestone is missed. ActiveCollab's features are great for pushing back subsequent milestones, if one is in fact missed. But do any of you users actually mark on the milestone itself somehow that the deadline was missed. Does anyone compile any reports from this data? Just curious. If not, does anyone have any suggestions/workaronds on how to best make this work with the tools already in ActiveCollab?

activeCollab does not track this information automatically, but you could. If milestone is missed and you feel it's important to have a note about it add it to milestone summary - what was original due date, why it was missed and what is the new one.

Thanks Ilija! Actually, what I'll do as well is just add a tag to the milestone called "late", that way I can later do a search for all tags marked "late". Then I'll develop my own report from that.
