Hi,
can I set an automatic email reminder service that reminds people of tasks that are scheduled for them to be completed (today, tomorrow...)? Can I send an updated "Agenda" of the next 5 days every morning?
Or do people just get one single notification whenever a task is assigned to them (this is not so helpful when the task is 3 months far away).

activeCollab does not send automatic reminders. It sends email notifications when task is created and when tasks status is changed - it's been reopened or closed or new comment is posted (for tickets).
Most of custom functionality that does not come included in activeCollab can be implemented using modules or through external tools that integrate with activeCollab through the API.
