Since today Timepost is integrated a plugin for aC a notification on this forum. Timepost is a great application to log your time.
Reliable tracking
Timepost stores an offline copy of your projects, to-do items, and timers in a fast database so you can count on it when your internet isn’t working. It also creates a secure backup on our remote service of every time entry you submit with Timepost.
Intuitive design
We’ve designed Timepost with usability in mind, so you can spend more time getting the job done and less time managing it. Timepost allows to create unlimited
timers, which can be assigned unique names to better organize your workflow.
Powerful features
Refine your hours using the timer editor, or setup Timepost to automatically round-up times to your billing units. Enable idle time detection to have Timepost stop recording time after you’ve left the computer for a custom amount of time.

Looks like a good app. I downloaded the demo for OS X and received the following error "The service address provided was not found on the Activecollab server. Please verify your service address and login details." I'm pretty sure that I entered the server web address correctly along with the API value. THoughts?

i have just downloaded for windows XP and i get no errors once i have put my activecollab installation details in, but none of my projects show up in the drop down and as a result i cannot add any time records.
Am i doing something wrong?

As a followup - my project records show up, though I still get the error message when using OS X.

Same here. I downloaded the Windows version, and entered all my details + clicked 'update projects', but no projects show up? No errors either

Shitty tool. According to Packetyzer, it does not even do a http request. Can enter what I want in the service URL field - no updates, no error messages, no nothing... :(
Thanks IIija - that allowed me to connect and the projects show up. I am still unable to post/log time against a project. Clicking "Post" or select the "Log Time" menu item causes the app to execute the command and the cursor spins, but nothing happens in activeCollab.
