Edit a milestone, changing the date from 31st July to 1st August, then added some tags and clicked "Edit milestone" (shouldn't this be "Save"?)...
Date wasn't changed.
After playing around with this - it appears to be the same bug as already reported for Tasks.

There are known issues with date and time handling with milestones. What task related bug?
