Bonjour,
Avec toutes les informations que j'ai eu avec le support :
La licence d'activCollab ne permet pas de distribuer du code (Pas de vente ni revente) .
Elle ne permet pas de modifier les codes-sources.
Par contre elle permet de modifier ces fichiers si c'est dans un usage interne. L'usage interne de l'entreprise, à quoi ca correspond ?

Si je dois vendre mon module à une entreprise, je suis contraint de ne pas modifier le systeme activCollab. Alors comment faire ?
Je vends le module puis je dis à l'entreprise que je peux modifier ces fichiers.
Ce n'est pas simpliste pour une tractation commerciale car l'entreprise en question préférerait avoir le système modifié sur son serveur tout de suite.

By internal use we mean changes that company who owns the license makes to tailor system to better fit their needs. Although it's not recommended (hacks make upgrade harder), companies can hack their own activeCollab installations as much as they want. Such changes can be shared in form of hack instructions (like many users do on the forum), but you can't distribute hacked files.

Modules do no require core file code changes - there are interfaces you plug module into and events you listen and handle. Of course, not all possible scenario can be covered. In case you need to change core file, you can provide instructions how to hack the file or hack the file for the company yourself, but you can't distribute hacked file.
