I have an excel file that outlines all future projects...
The project, start/end dates and any additional notes.
Unfortunately just uploading this file into AC is not all that manageable... would be a LOT of revisions, plus you have to download it to see it.
I thought about creating a project for the project lists, then just use milestones... Seems a bit weird though because not like any tasks would be created for it... its just a listing. Plus it's okay once created, but when you need to make an adjustments it can be a little annoying to for example reorder projects.
Projects are ordered by their name, so you can prefix their names with order number to have them ordered just the way you want them.
Milestone reordering is quite flexible and lets you reschedule all (or selected) successive milestones as well as assignments attached to it (tickets and tasks).
