PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We are investigating roughly how much it would cost to customise activeCollab into something that better fits out workflow. Changes will include -

Project Types: There will be about 5 project types. Each project type will have customised requirements when creating the project. For example the project creator may need to upload certain files and provide certain details before they can create the project. Once the project starts there will be preconfigured tasks and milestones.

Supplier management: After a project is created a project manager will choose which suppliers to assign to the project. These suppliers will then receive the project details. They can accept or decline.

Communication: discussions between the client and project manager should be seperate to disscussions between the project manager and suppliers.

Documents: There should be two document repositories. 1 that clients can see and 1 that suppliers can see.
