My idea for themes was a simple subfolder for CSS and images. In configuration you select what theme you want and that CSS with that images get applied to the system. Designers should not have access to view files. Reasons:
1. when we add plugin support we will have more than one view folder
2. view files change a lot, themese can not depend on view file hacks

I agree Ilija, so I understand that I can work on 0.6 css now and release it under 0.7...
Am I right ?

Très beau travail Gaétan ( and Ilija too ) - j'ai hâte de voir le reste.
Gaetan's theme makes it look web2.0, all you need is a pink logo with non-serif text and there you go ;)
that's so true, althoutgh it was the goal ;)
But I'm not sure if it will really pleasant working with that kind of colors :(
I'll try to make some theme more clean and simple. Maybe fpradignac will allow me to use his colorsheme :)

Yeah def interested in doing new themes. Those that have done them, what files do you alter?
every css in ./public/stylesheets/*.css
and place img in ./public/image/
backup those folder before:
./public/stylesheets/
./public/image/
