Different between the ActiveCollab 0.6 & 0.7

Hello

I am upgrade my acticecollab 0.6 to 0.7..
Any one can tell the Different between the ActiveCollab 0.6 & 0.7 version....

This is the original reply we sent a couple of days ago via email. I'm posting it in case someone else is interested:

Hi Tejas,

activeCollab 0.7.1 is a release that is more than two years old. In short, changes were:

1. Improved upload handling and added file section with support for file versioning, folders, comments, search through text based file formats and more.
2. There are two new permissions that let administrators select if users can assign task to members of owner companies and other companies involved in the project. Also, permission management is simplified.
3. Administration section has been improved with a new set of tools: configuration, version checking various tools for testing and mailing etc.
4. Many enhancements such as RSS and iCalendar support, support for task reordering and so on.
5. Whole system is more mature and stable with great number of improvements under the hood.

We no longer support or provide assistance with versions older than activeCollab 1.0 so we recommend that you upgrade to the latest version (activeCollab 2.1.3). It's a commercial product (see the Pricing), but you'll receive professional support and much better experience with more feature.
