This will probably have a really obvious answer, but how do I add a project to a client? I go add project and it keeps adding it to my company (the administrators).

This part of it seems a little counter-intuitive. Do you think it would be better when a user goes to add a project then there is a drop down box asking which company the project should be assigned to?

This really isn't a project under my company as all projects are done by us, rather the project should sit under the client account. That's just my take on it. Interested to know what others think.
