Speaking of filters: Does AC have a filtering option for the Incoming Mail module? Wouldn't it be great to generate tickets through mails that meet certain criterias? e.g. if some mail comes from user1@client1.com AND Subject contains "ticket" AC would generate a ticket in some certain project...
I'm looking for a way to handle all Incoming Mail Tickets with only one email address.
Here's how far I've got until now:
We're using Google as mail provider. I set up some filters in GMail that apply labels to new messages. e.g. all messages from someone@client1.com get the label "client1", someoneelse@client2.com get labeled with "client" and so on.
In AC's Incoming Mail module I changed Mailbox Name from INBOX accordingly to "client1", as mails from client1 should generate Tickets in his active project.
My problem is that AC doesn't recognise GMail's labeled mails as unread. Does anybody know how that could be changed?
