We do not have plans to introduce this in the next bigger release (activeCollab 3), but we'll consider it for the releases after that (no promises though).

is there any other payment method you guys might be including or something?

We don't have plans on including payment gateways in invoicing module for activeCollab 3 (next major release, due in a couple of months). We'll consider them for future releases, but I can't make any promises at the moment.
