I'm trying out the free version as i want to use ac at my new company. It would be great to centralize e-mail conversations in to discussion as you guys are telling in the tour.
I just can't seem to find how, is it because we have a trial version this doesn't work?
Scheduled Tasks are not set in free hosted demo, so activeCollab does not check defined incoming mail mailboxes automatically. If you wish to test, just to see how activeCollab reads and import email messages, you can trigger frequently task manually (link is available on Administration > Scheduled Tasks page).
