Can anyone describe the procedure? I'm using unifrom server and I just copied the whole www folder and everything seems to work except not all of my clients are there in the copied version. Strange.

It's a simple procedure if I remember correctly. Change the ROOT_URL in /config/config.php to the location of the new install. And of course make sure you do a complete DB dump of the old location and insert it into the new DB location.
