Path where backup module creates backups is not configurable. What you can do is write your own command line script that periodically moves backups from /work/backup to other location.

Hello,

Check following things:

1. You have Backup module installed.
2. You have Scheduled Tasks configured and they run properly.
3. There's /backup folder in /work folder and PHP is able to write inside of it.

System will work properly only if these conditions are met. Note that backup is done on daily event, so system will not automatically create first backup when you install the module - daily event will need to be triggered for first backup to be created.

I have the tasks configured I believe, and the backup folder is not in the work folder, can I give you ftp access to check?

Have you contacted support, as instructed in my previous message? Also check comment #13 again - it lists all potential problems that may be cause of backup module not working properly.
