How to view all open tasks for all projects

Hi - I used to use Base Camp and something I really liked was the option to view all projects and their subsequent tasks.

I used to print this off and could then work through all the things. Plus I like to be able to see everything I need to do so I can then work out a schedule.

I can't see how this is possible with active collab and is something that I've tried to do for ages.

Any help is appreciated. I'm not sure if someone made an addon for this or not?

The assignment filters link that Ilija posted above is a good start to get the info you need. To answer your question about Addons, we've recently released a module called Tabinator that allows you to see a list of upcoming tasks on your Dashboard as a Tab in a This Week or Next Week tab optionally, and you can also use any assignment filter you create to see a range of tasks as a Tab --- we have found that a lot of people would like more info front and center on the Dashboard. As for printing, you could print this list via standard browser printing but we'll look at adding a specific print feature in the future too.

I am really happy to know that more people are finding the need of quick links where they can see what is open and what to do now so I have great news to share that we are working on couple of modules these days to develop and some of them will add more features to the dashboard i.e. My TODO and few more tabs to give you a quick overview what you are doing and what is your responsible/assigned tasks and more :) - of course, it will give you a view to group details by projects/clients.

In the mean time, I found the Tabinator - http://www.activelabs.ca/products/tabinator really useful for some of primary needs.

I will share the details to try it once the BETA version performs well in the tests at our end before public release.
