Will you have a version of this for aC 2.3.2 soon?

Yes, current versions of all our products work with aC 2.3.2. :)

I just applied LCF 1.3 to aC 2.3.2 and the comments appear in reverse order but the numbering schemes for the comments are still in incremental except now they don't start with 1. So let's say I had a discussion with 4 comments on it. Before the comments would show up in reverse chronological order and be numbered 4, 3, 2, 1. Now they show up in reverse chronological order but are number 6, 7, 8, 9.

Hi JR,

If you are using Tickets Plus or other hacks, please confirm that you are using the right files. I double check on this anyway.

Thanks.

We are not using any other hacks. We also have the Planning Module but it was disabled before I upgraded to 2.3.2. I did not disable LCF before upgrading to 2.3.2. After upgrading to 2.3.2 I re-uploaded the LCF files.

We also just noticed that the comment box is back at the bottom instead of the top.

Hi,

It seems like that LCF files have been overwritten by AC 2.3.2 and hence the hack is not visible. Could that be the case?

Can you please reupload the ACH 1.3 files again to the server and let us know how it goes.

You can download them from our Members Area / Client Login section.

Can you tell me which files need to be uploaded for this hack to work? With 1.3 it looks like you included the Planning Module modifications as well but we don't want those.

Hi JR,

Basically all files in for-upload folder. The file for Planning Module compatibility is named differently and it needs to be renamed IF you are using Planning Module.

Please refer to to readme.txt file for more info on this. And let me know if you face any particular problem.

HTH.

I thought I had tried that before but it seemed to work. Thanks.
