Updatable Ticket Status (pending, solved, etc)

We are using Tickets Plus and it covers any possible status and update scenario we ran into.

It also colors the status type, so if (like us) you have 100's of tasks and milestones, you can quickly identify the ones you want to focus on.

It also includes additional sorting and filtering of tickets and a lot more.
