Change Company Logo

I've been looking around on how to change the Company Logo. In the Users Guide it states "Company Logo is used to brand your installation. Additionally, itʼs a link that can be used to get back to the Dashboard. By default, activeCollab logo is displayed as a placeholder, but it can be changed."

How do you go about changing the Company Logo?

I'm comfortable working with computers, but I'm not a developer. Step-by-step instructions would be a great help.

To change company logo, replace /public/brand/logo.gif with your logo. File you'll be using needs to be in GIF format and with GIF extension. Note that you should not use too big logo because it may break the layout. 100x40 is the optimal size.

In case someone needed to change the logo name or extension, you may edit it directly in the code, hack the file :
