I've recently moved servers and copied/updated the activecollab installation and my new server. All data moved over properly however the project icons/thumbnails have reverted back to their default icons created by activecollab (I assume) and when I attempt to upload the new ones it simply just refreshes the page as if nothing happened.
I am also unable to select a theme. Clicking the theme select field simply highlights the field and does nothing.
That sounds like permissions problem. In this article you'll find a list of folders that need to be writable for activeCollab to be able to operate properly. Theme issue is a bit strange. We may need you to get in touch with your support team, so we can take a look at your setup.
Am I allowed to submit a support request if my support has expired? I'd rather not pay the big fee for a small issue like this? I've been able to apply my theme by overwriting the "default" theme folder however I'd like everything to work properly.
If you wish us to log in and check your system, than you would need to renew your support subscription. Still, it seams like a permissions issue. Check group and owner, as well as permission values and make sure that user under which PHP works can write to these folders (your hosting provider or system administrator can help with the specifics).
