Hi,
Some of the new users did not respond to the "welcome" email and deleted it.
Is there a way that I can get aC to re-send the email (or send out a new user name and password)?

No, there is no such option currently. You will need to manually send another email them :(

Hi - a resend user invite option is a "MUST HAVE" feature. It should be simply (in usability terms) a matter of allowing the admin to edit existing accounts and having the option to resend the login info in the form of the welcome email, i.e. as done in BaseCamp. Sorry, but since that is the obvious source here, it is the obvious functionality to use for comparison. Hopefully this feature can be made available soon.

You can't reconstruct passwords back to original state (from security reasons it is a one way operation - password can be converted to token, token can't be converted back to password if someone gains access to your database).
As administrator you can change a password of any account and set it to a known value.
