Who can edit a task?

Task can be updated by:
* Person who is not assigned to the parent project can't edit a task (common sense ;) ).
* Administrator with an access to the project.
* Author (person who created it) in the next 3 minutes (client or owner company member).
* Person who is responsible for that task - if directly assigned to a person than only that person, if assigned to company than all company members that can access the project can update it.
Note: Tasks assigned to Anyone can be updated by Anyone (this fix is included in versions after 0.7RC2).
