I added a customer business, and then a customer within it. I gave permissions to the customer allowing them to only view my project never selecting "Manage Tasks" (I only checked the project's name). When the customer logs in they are able to mark tasks as completed and edit existing ones (such as name and description). I do not believe this should be happening, correct?

They are, however, unable to delete existing tasks or add new tasks.

My Version: activeCollab 0.7.1
Server: dreamhost.com

Hope this helps, Thanks for a great product,

This is expected behavior from version 0.7. Task assigned to anyone can be cosed or updated by anyone who is on the project (it really makes sense when you put it that way). This was introduced based on number of requests posted in the Feature requests forum.

By managing we include editing and deleting every available task, moving tasks, reordering tasks and so on.

If you don't want clients to be able to complete tasks assign them to your company or specific member of your company.
