The times on my posts aren't reflect the actual time the posts were made. How do I rectify this?

You can set your timezone in your profile page.

Hemebond posted the fix in this thread. It requires knowing how to muck around in SQL, so caveat emptor.

I tried the former already...and I used the link evoque supplied and followed the instructions. Now I'm kool!!! Tnx!!!

However, out of curioisity...How can I change the Date Format?

You need to hack /environment/classes/localization/Localization.class.php. There are four format fields - here are the instructions how to format it.
