How do we handle these? They are not part of our company, nor a client, but they are part of the team.
For example, in an architectural firm we hire consulting engineers (structural, electrical, etc.). They should not be privy to the entire discussion or taks list, but rather they should have their own which is also not viewable by the client.

it looks like we need a more fine grained rights management.

I'll revisti permissions system at some point. Current set of permissions is not enough and need to be extended so I'll see what I can do.
