Can you turn them off just for testing? That information would be really helpful if this problem arises in the future so we can actually help people and tell them what is wrong.

I commented the followinf lines in httpd.conf:
#LoadModule dav_module modules/mod_dav.so
#LoadModule deflate_module modules/mod_deflate.so
This is getting closer, because now IE can successfully download smaller zip files. I tried several from 1-10 MB and all succeeded. However, when I tried a 20MB file is gave the same corruption error as before.

Well, not so much progress as I thought. Some files will still download successfully as I mentioned above, but my clients are still not able to download the larger zip files.
As I advertise my activecollab site to clients and consultants use is increasing so a fix for this is getting more urgent. I'm not sure how to solve it, so if anyone can offer further advice please do.

i updated my php.ini file and it still shows a 2MB max file upload. any ideas? i've been following the advice in this forum. did i not do the right file?

Did you restart the server? Also, you need to change both upload_max_filesize and post_max_size to increase the upload limit.

New Features in Apache 2.2: httpd is now built with support for files larger than 2GB on modern 32-bit Unix systems.
I guess that this could be handled with a asynchronous file upload using perl & "Asynchronous JavaScript and XML"-calls to update a real-time progress bar and time elapsed/remaining during uploads
would be great if you could add this to the next release since file uploading thru HTTP is always critical due to restrictions from client and server sides... do you want me to help you further with this?

It's harder to setup that regular PHP script.
I was thinking more about something like this - SWFUpload. Flash have a high penetration rate (better than JavaScript) and it degrades to good old file input if something goes wrong.

I have aproblem when I try dowload files > 16 only I can dowload files > 16 mb from Dashboard » project » Files » File details >Revisions but don't directly the Dashboard » project » Files » Index
(I can upload files until 35 mb)
